I am an experienced trainer, certified coach und senior manager in Learning & Development and leadership training.
EXPERIENCE
2009–2022
Manager
ProCredit Academy GmbH
I managed the ProCredit Academy campus as Managing Director. In addition to course program and team management, I was also responsible for the introduction and further development of an EMAS certification for the Academy as an important driver and benchmark for the effort to achieve sustainability and climate neutrality.
I also initiated and organized the implementation of a digital learning platform (LMS365) as a virtual extension and enrichment of the course program offering a wide range of formats.
2006–2009

I was involved in the development and implementation of an elaborate course program focusing on cultural integration, the establishment of a corporate culture, and leadership training.
My job also included the planning, designing and teaching a wide variety of seminars and workshops focusing on ethics, the political and economic development of humanity thoughout history to the present.
