Between October 2023 and March 2024, 139 Portfolio Managers in Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna participated in our intensive 3-day Productivity Workshops.
Designed for low- to mid-performing loan officers, the program combines practical exercises, peer coaching, and role-play to drive immediate, measurable impact in performance and client relationships.

What We Cover in Three High-Impact Days
Day 1
Role & Product Mastery

We start with a knowledge pre-test – in some groups, nearly 50% did not pass.
This reality check sets the tone: we address critical gaps in loan officer/client advisor role clarity, core responsibilities, and product knowledge. By the end of Day 1, participants have a solid foundation to build on.

Day 2
Clients & Communication

We shift the focus to client analysis, sales strategies, and advanced communication techniques. Through practical role-plays and real-case exercises, participants learn to identify the right clients, present persuasively, and listen actively – skills they can apply immediately.

Day 3
Relationship & Motivation

We close with relationship-building, self-management, and motivation.The post-test shows significant product knowledge gains after 21 hours of training, and 63% of supervisors report measurable improvements in performance and attitude within just two weeks of the workshop.
